Ravioli – 4 cheese
Ravioli, are a staple of Italian tradition – mentioned in texts dating back to the 1400s. We make these beautiful Italian dumplings without the gluten, pocketing our delicious blend of four cheeses into hand-made pasta sheets. We recommend a light basil tomato sauce.
INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC WHITE RICE FLOUR, ORGANIC EGGS, ORGANIC CORN FLOUR, WATER, ORGANIC DEHYDRATED POTATO FLAKES, ORGANIC GUAR GUM, SEA SALT.
FILLING: RICOTTA CHEESE, ORGANIC PARMESAN CHEESE, ROMANO CHEESE AND ASIAGO CHEESE.
-REMOVE AND GENTLY STIR FROZEN PASTA INTO 8 CUPS (1.8 L) OF BOILING WATER.
-COOK UNCOVERED STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL ALL PASTA RISE (APPROX. 3-5 MINUTES).
-DELICATELY REMOVE PASTA USING A SLOTTED SPOON AND SERVE WITH YOUR PREFERRED SAUCE.
