Cavatelli “Artisinal Style”
The word Cavatelli comes from the word “Cavato” meaning ‘crevice’ and which references the narrow indent in each piece of pasta.
Try these topped with Italian sausage and roasted red peppers. For a vegetarian version, we suggest pine nuts, walnuts and roasted red peppers!
RICE FLOUR, WATER CORN FLOUR, EGGS, SALT, VEGETABLE FIBER (LEMON FIBER).
CONTAINS EGGS, MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK.
1. BRING 1.8L OF WATER TO BOIL, ADD 1-2 TABLESPOONS OF SALT, ADD FROZEN RAVIOLI AND STIR GENTLY.
2. COOK UNCOVERED, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL ”AL DENTE” (APPROXIMATELY 3-4 MINUTES).
3. DELICATELY DRAIN THE PASTA IN A STRAINER AND SERVE WITH YOUR PREFERRED SAUCE.
