PRODUCT TO BE COOKED
For food safety and quality, cook the crust before eating: the internal minimal temperature should reach 74˚ C (165).

Conventional/ Toaster Oven

  1. Keep crust frozen prior to baking.
  2. Preheat oven to 450˚F.
  3. Remove crust from plastic overwrap.
  4. Add any additional toppings of your choice.
  5. Place frozen crust directly on the oven middle rack.
  6. Bake pizza for 5 to 7 minutes. Start checking pizza after 5 minutes.
  7. Crust is done when the bottom is golden brown.
  8. Let the pizza cool for 2 minutes.

BBQ

  1. Keep crust frozen prior to baking.
  2. Preheat BBQ to 450˚F and keep lid closed.
  3. Remove crust from plastic overwrap.
  4. Add any additional toppings of your choice.
  5. Close one of the burners of the BBQ.
  6. Place the crust on the side where burners are off.
  7. Keep BBQ lid opened during cooking.
  8. Bake pizza for 5 to 7 minutes. Start checking after 5 minutes.
  9. Crust is done when the bottom is golden brown.
  10. Let the pizza cool for 2 minutes.
