First we mastered the Neapolitan style gluten free crust and now  we’ve mastered the plant-based pizza! Partnering with Beyond Meat® and Good Planet Foods we have launched a new line of vegan pizzas. Inspired by the Canadian-style pizza, we topped our award winning cauliflower crust with premium tomato sauce, Beyond Sausage® Italian Crumbles, vegan cheese, red onions, red peppers and smoked beets. Our gluten free Cauliflower Crust is stone baked is hand stretched & stone baked to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Made with premium cauliflower and quality flavors, the Canadese truly is a Canadian masterpiece. Our Beyond Meat pizzas are traditional Neapolitan Style pizzas with a modern twist! After seeing so many people struggle to find great tasting pizza without gluten, Oggi Foods wanted to create the perfect pizza crust that would not only cater to people suffering from any food restriction but for anyone who just wants to enjoy great tasting pizza. These Beyond Meat pizzas will have even non-vegans looking for a second slice! The Canadese can be found exclusively in Costco Wholesale (Canada). It’s the perfect frozen pizza made by Canadians for Canadians.   All of our pizzas are gluten free certified and made in a gluten free facility. INGREDIENTS Crust: Cauliflower • Corn starch • Rice flour • Potato starch • Inulin • Psyllium husk powder • Sugars (dextrose, fructose, sugar) • Water • Modified cellulose • Yeast • Extra virgin olive oil • Sea salt. Topping: Beyond Beef® Crumbles Italian Sausage (water, pea protein, canola oil, natural flavors, spices, garlic powder, citric acid) • Tomato Sauce (tomatoes, blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, salt, oregano, black pepper, granulated garlic, naturally derived citric acid) • Vegan mozzarella (filtered water, coconut oil, modified starches (potato and tapioca), potato starch, calcium citrate, sea salt, imitation mozzarella flavour, sorbic acid (preservative), beta carotene color) • Red pepper • Red Onion • Beetroot lardons (beetroot, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, modified maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, diphosphates and sodium carbonates (leavening agents), natural flavor, xanthan gum) • Oregano • Balsamic Vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must; caramel coloring) Contains: Sulphites (from balsamic vinegar)
THE PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THE PIZZA BEFORE EATING: THE INTERNAL MINIMAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD REACH 74°C (165°F). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS CONVENTIONAL OVEN & TOASTER OVEN 1. Do not eat pizza without cooking. 2. Preheat the oven to 450 °F. 3. Remove pizza from the box and remove film overwrap (remove all packaging). 4. Place directly on the middle rack of the preheated oven. 5. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown. Check pizza after 10 minutes. 6. Let pizza stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Attention Pizza will be very hot.
