This gluten free pizza is made with fire roasted Vegetables, goat cheese and mozzarella. Each crust is hand stretched and stone baked delivering a truly Neapolitan style crust without any gluten. With many people struggling to find a great tasting frozen pizza. Our company wanted to create a frozen pizza that everyone will enjoy. These pizza crusts will have even the pickiest of eaters looking for a second slice! Our pizzas are easy to prepare allowing you more time to spend enjoyed at the table! Oggi Foods is the only gluten free pizza in the industry with rising air pockets. All of our pizzas are gluten free certified and made in a gluten free facility.
INGRÉDIENTS: Croûte: Chou-fleur • Amidon de maïs • Farine de riz • Fécule de pomme de terre • Inuline • Poudre d’enveloppe de psyllium • Eau • Sucres (dextrose, fructose, sucre de canne brune) • Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose • Levure • Huile d’olive extra vierge • Sel de mer. Garniture: Sauce tomate (tomates, mélange d’huile d’olive extra vierge et d’huile de tournesol, sel, origan, poivre noir, ail granulé, acide citrique naturel) • Beyond Beef® Crumbles Italian Sausage (eau, protéine de pois, huile de canola, arômes naturels, épices, poudre d’ail, acide citrique) • Mozzarella végane (eau filtrée, huile de coco, amidons modifiés (pomme de terre & tapioca), amidon de pomme de terre, citrate de calcium, sel de mer, arôme imitation de mozzarella, acide sorbique, couleur bêta-carotène) • Oignon rouge • Vinaigre balsamique (vinaigre de vin, moȗt de raisins concentré, colorant caramel). Contient: Sulfites.
THE PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THE PIZZA BEFORE EATING: THE INTERNAL MINIMAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD REACH 74°C (165°F). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS CONVENTIONAL OVEN & TOASTER OVEN 1. Do not eat pizza without cooking. 2. Preheat the oven to 450 °F. 3. Remove pizza from the box and remove film overwrap. 4. Place directly on the middle rack of the preheated oven. 5. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown. Check pizza after 10 minutes. 6. Let pizza stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Attention Pizza will be hot. Individual appliances may vary, this is only a guideline
