Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Extra virgin olive oil


Tomato paste

Canned crushed tomatoes

Dried oregano

Fresh basil

Salt and pepper

Shredded mozzarella




Red and green bell peppers

Red pepper flakes


1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

2. Sauté diced garlic in a saucepan for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown on medium heat.

3. Stir in tomato paste and let cook for approximately 2 minutes while continuing to stir.

4. Stir in tomato paste and let cook for approximately 2 minutes while continuing to stir.

5. Turn the heat to low and stir in crushed tomatoes.

6. Season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper and basil.

7. Top Oggi’s pizza crust with extra virgin olive oil, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, sliced onions, diced mushrooms, and thinly sliced red and greed bell peppers.

8. Add more shredded mozzarella!

9. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

10. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

11. Remove pizza from oven and let it cool down.

12. Top with red pepper flakes.

13. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
