Recipes / Mushroom & Cheese Pizza
Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust
Ricotta
Fresh mozzarella (3 oz.)
Mushrooms
Oregano
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.
2. Sauté sliced mushrooms in a pan with preferred cooking oil on medium to high heat for 5–7 minutes.
3. Top the pizza dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sliced mozzarella, ricotta cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.
4. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.
6. Remove pizza out of the oven and let it cool down.
7. Top pizza with oregano and pepper.
8. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
