Recipes / Pepperoni Pizza
Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic
Tomato paste
Canned crushed tomatoes
Dried oregano
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni
Red pepper flakes
1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.
2. Sauté diced garlic in a saucepan for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown on medium heat.
3. Stir in tomato paste and let cook for approximately 2 minutes while continuing to stir.
4. Turn the heat to low and stir in crushed tomatoes.
5. Season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper, and basil.
6. Top Oggi’s pizza crust with extra virgin olive oil, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni.
7. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
8. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.
9. Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool down.
10. Top pizza with red pepper flakes and oregano.
