Oggi recently had the pleasure of attending the International Pizza Expo in the bright and bustling city of Las Vegas. The Expo was filled with people from across the world, showcasing everything from top-notch pizza ovens to Italian cheeses, tomato sauces and specialty ingredients. But the thing that really stole the show was the sense of family that brought everyone together.

A Sense of Community

We found ourselves surrounded by passionate pizzaiolos who shared the same dedication and enthusiasm for our craft. Walking through the venue, we felt like we were part of something special—a community of like-minded individuals eager to learn and grow together. In a world that can often feel divided, being in a space of encouragement and camaraderie was inspiring.

A New Age of Innovation

Everyone was eager to share their knowledge and innovations. From traditional to non-traditional, it’s clear that the industry is evolving quickly. We were excited to be right there in the mix, soaking it all in and sharing our own gluten-free perspective. Everyone, regardless of age or background, had the same desire to find a balance between preserving tradition and embracing change.

Pizza Competition

We also had the opportunity to sponsor @TasteItaly in the official competition (Alessio Cataldo who won second place in Traditional Pizza!) and connect with plenty of other contestants along the way. During the competition, the exchange of ideas and experiences was a testament of how food can truly bring people together.

As we look ahead, we’re filled with excitement and inspiration. Knowing that we’re part of a global network of pizzaiolos who are shaping the future of this beloved industry fills us with pride. So here’s to tradition, innovation, and the endless possibilities of pizza.
